Southern Accents (Full Service)
- Create and manage budget
- Create and manage timeline
- Offer tailored vendor referrals for officiant, photographer, videographer, florist, caterer, baker, entertainment, hair and makeup, lighting, rentals, paper goods and attire
- Act as liaison between bride and groom and the vendors negotiating contracts and facilitating meetings
- Offer etiquette advice
- Manage submission of wedding announcement in newspapers
- Execute design and décor
- Define color palette
- Develop unique personal touches
- Custom designed invitations, monogram, programs, escort cards, menu, etc.
- Provide full availability for wedding day. See Day of Coordination
- Planning and update meetings
- Unlimited phone and email contact
- Offer assistance with hotel room blocks, welcome gifts and special activities for out-of-town guests
- Provide information to obtain marriage license

Southern Creativity (Event Design)
- Create custom inspiration board
- Create all design elements, including: color theme, working with florist on floral design, creating centerpiece decor, registry table setup, church decor, rentals, assembling favors and custom stationary pieces (invitations, programs, etc.)
- Provide full availability for wedding day. See Day of Coordination
- $3,000 *
Southern Hospitality (Day of Coordination)
- Confirm all vendors the week of wedding
- Create a timeline for the rehearsal day and wedding day
- Collect and distribute essential items for wedding day
- Coordinate rehearsal
- Provide “Emergency Kit” for the wedding day
- Coordinate the delivery of the wedding day lunch prior to the ceremony
- Ceremony and reception set up
- Gift delivery to predetermined location
- Problem-solving and trouble-shooting
- Onsite vendor management
- Manage the timing and execution of the wedding day events at the ceremony and reception
- Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors on the event day

Southern Draw (Inspiration)
Looking for a push in the right direction for the design of your wedding? Overwhelmed by the inspiration out there? Putting together a cohesive theme can be tough! Simply knowing what your vision is makes meeting with florists, cake bakers, stationers a less overwhelming process. It also helps to keep from straying from your original vision.
This package includes an inspiration board and vision sheet tailored to your story as well as your photos of inspiration. Your vision sheet includes ideas for PAPER (invitations, programs, table numbers, escort cards, etc.), FLORALS (bouquets, bouts, corsages), DECOR (centerpieces, linens, etc) and MORE ( dessert tables, guest book, exit, favors, etc.). This includes budget-friendly and realistic options and even places to find items included.
Ready to get started? Email me to save your spot on the calendar. Gather photos of inspiration and fill out our questionnaire about the proposal, how y’all met, etc. Your inspiration will be ready to reveal two weeks later!
This price also includes one hour for followup meetings.

Southern Charm (Hourly Consultations)
For those that have begun the planning process but need a little guidance, hourly consultations are available to provide vendor referrels, tips on etiquette and design ideas. $60 an hour
* Travel fees may apply as well as a $150 additional charge for weddings with over 300 guests.
